Soft kamut biscuit filled with appetising fruit compote. Excellent for breakfast; ideal for snacking at school or at work as 6 individually wrapped snacks are packed in a practical box. Only prepared from kamut or rice flour, so it is suited to specific dietary regimes. Sweetened with rice syrup, a beer yeast and soya lecithin used.
